Crispy and Creamy Vegan Hummus Pinwheels
1 min read

Serving Amount
Ingredients
4⁄5 10-inch whole wheat wraps
4⁄15 head romaine lettuce, washed, dried and trimmed
4⁄15 cup garlic hummus
2⁄15 cup sundried tomatoes
8⁄15 sprigs green onion, finely chopped
4 toothpicks
Instructions
Step 1
Place wrap on a plate or cutting board, then line with a layer of whole romaine lettuce leaves. As long as the romaine is dry, this layer will ensure the wrap doesn’t get soggy from the hummus.
Step 2
Spread ¼ cup hummus in the middle of the wrap on top of the romaine, followed by a line of sundried tomatoes and green onions.
Step 3
Roll the wrap up, then cut into 5 pieces or to desired thickness.
Step 4
Secure pinwheels with toothpicks if desired but remind your guests they’re in the pinwheels.
