Strawberry No-Jito

This mocktail version of the mojito is perfect for warm weather. The natural sweetness of the strawberries combined with the tangy lime juice and fresh mint creates a delightful and unique flavor that is both refreshing and satisfying.
Serving Amount
Ingredients
  • 10 mint leaves

  • 5 strawberries

  • 12 Juice from lime

  • 2 3 tsp. honey or simple syrup, depending on sweet preference

  • Lime sparkling water

  • Ice

Instructions
  • Step 1

    Place mint leaves, strawberries and lime juice in a glass and muddle them together using a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon.

  • Step 2

    Add the honey or simple syrup and stir. Add ice and top with sparkling water. Add more honey or simple syrup if desired.

  • Step 3

    Garnish with lime slices and a sprig of mint
