Festive Holiday Mocktails the Whole Family Can Enjoy

Serving Amount
Ingredients
2 oranges
1 cup cranberry juice, no sugar added
1 tsp cinnamon
1⁄2 cup cranberries
12 ounce lemon (or other citrus-flavored) sparkling water
Dried orange garnish
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix juice from 1 orange juice with cranberry juice and cinnamon.
Step 2
Cut the other orange into slices, then into wedges.
Step 3
In an ice tray, place 2 cranberries in each along with an orange wedge. Pour over the juice mixture and freeze until solid.
Step 4
In a champagne flute, place two of the ice cubes and pour sparkling water over it. Allow the ice to melt into the drink slightly before drinking. Garnish with a dried orange slice (see recipe) if desired.

8 ounces apple juice, no sugar added
2 tsp cinnamon
2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
16 ounces ginger beer, non-alcoholic
Optional – lime wedge or dried lime slice and cinnamon stick for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the apple juice, lime juice and cinnamon into a copper mug or a glass filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Top with ginger beer and give it another light stir. Serve with a cinnamon stick and dried lime slice or lime wedge for garnish if desired.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.
Step 2
Slice desired citrus into 1/8-inch-thick slices. Place on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 6-8 hours until fully dry. Use as a decoration or drink garnish. Store in an airtight container.
