In honor of the fall season, here is a quick, fun pumpkin muffin recipe! It’s a great activity to do with your kids, or a festive addition to any Thanksgiving table.
It’s super easy because there are only three ingredients:
· 1 Package – Spice Cake Mix
· 1 Cup – Pumpkin
· ½ Cup – Egg Beaters
· 1 Package – Spice Cake Mix
· 1 Cup – Pumpkin
· ½ Cup – Egg Beaters
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Using a muffin pan, fill each spot 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Makes 24 muffins.
